We identified a server-side issue on Monday afternoon that was causing a limited set of users to receive corrupted data causing a 'crash on launch' state. If your device is in this state please accept our apologies. In order to recover, please uninstall and reinstall the application. A reinstall prior to Monday afternoon would not have fixed your device as the corrupted data would have been downloaded to your device again. Sorry again for the inconvenience and thank you for being a part of the XFINITY TV community.
